Founded in 2019, Realty Assistant is a technology-based real estate consultancy with a range of residential and commercial properties. Incepted with the vision of bringing trust and customer satisfaction to the real estate sector, we focus on providing investors with end-to-end property management solutions in India and abroad.
As a personal real estate manager for more than 45,000 delighted clients, Realty Assistant has emerged as India’s most trusted real estate consultancy.
With the vision of providing innovative solutions concerning the changing real estate dynamics, we aim to lead the property management services in India with trust, accountability, and exemplary levels of transparency.

CEO & Founder
Ankit Aditya Pradhan is the CEO and founder of Realty Assistant, a leading 360-degree real estate service provider with a team of over 1000 people across offices in PAN India. He laid the company's foundation as a full-service real estate agency and significantly contributed towards the growth of the company's business across different verticals.
With firm conviction and unfailing belief in himself, he could accomplish his dream of owning a group of companies at a very young age. It has taken years of sheer hard work, planning, and foresight to place Realty Assistant on the platform it is today.
Under his supervision, the company has made successful collaborations with some of the largest builder projects, which helped the company to be recognised as one of the leaders and trustworthy real estate brands in India.
He has been featured and nominated on various industry forums, including the Young Asian Entrepreneurs 2021 Award. His passion lies in building new ventures, collaborations, and expanding the company's network across India and globally.
We are working towards the vision to provide innovative solutions in tandem with the changing real estate services and be at the forefront of property marketing while maintaining the highest level of transparency.
